Hi, I’m Jeanine.

After years in executive leadership, I reached a point where what looked successful on paper, no longer felt right in reality.

From the outside, everything was working. Internally, something wasn’t.

That moment changed everything.

I spent years building a career in operations and leadership, ultimately serving as a Senior Vice President. I understood how to lead teams, deliver results, and navigate complex environments.

But like many of the people I now work with, I reached a point where I needed to step back and ask a different set of questions - not about performance, but about direction.

What actually matters?

What do I want?

How do I make a decision that fits my life, not just my resume?

The work I do now

Today, I work with professionals who find themselves in a similar place, accomplished, capable, and quietly questioning what comes next.

My role isn’t to give you answers or prescribe a path.

It’s to create the space, structure, and challenge needed for you to think clearly, get honest about what you want, and move forward with confidence.

My background in leadership and operations gives me a practical lens on decision-making, pressure, and real-world constraints - which is why this work stays grounded, not theoretical.

Outside of work, I enjoy comedy shows, love hanging out with my nephews and nieces (even though they make me feel ancient!), getting loads of Florida sunshine, and co-hosting the Brains Gone Bold podcast!
