Q: What is your personal philosophy?

J: It’s rooted in the power of common sense, recognizing that the simplest solutions are often the most effective. I have a curious spirit and empathy is at the heart of my practice. I deeply understand the importance of connecting with individuals on a personal level.

Q: What makes LV Leadership unique?

J: Simple answer, me. I take your trust in me very seriously and work every day to demonstrate my value. Your success is my success.

As an operations leader, I have led hundreds (possibly even thousands!) over the past 30+ years. In my roles, I have had the opportunity to implement systems and workflows where chaos previously reigned, created followers out of anarchists, and inspired leaders from sheep.

I’ve also been where you are. I’ve been stuck, I’ve been overwhelmed and I’ve been plagued by Imposter Syndrome! Helping you to identify and accomplish the goals that will get you on your path to success is what energizes me! I am so deeply invested in helping you achieve all you desire.
